Person Services Corp. (PSC) is seeking a highly qualified Construction Project Manager to join our team in Southwest Florida. Candidate should have experience with managing multiple projects, managing personnel, local permitting, general construction, commercial and residential construction, including all trades, working in a fast paced environment, managing subcontractors, communicating, managing client relations, proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook and MS Project, organized and have a positive attitude with outgoing personality. Responsibilities:

  • Management of construction projects both technical and financially from implementation thru commissioning.
  • Manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Manage PSC Superintendents.
  • Manage Means & Methods.
  • Manage Project Schedule.
  • Permitting and compliance with local, state and federal requirements.
  • Strict adherence to guidelines, processes and procedures as they relate to the company, governing entity and client.
  • Assure PSC Quality and Safety Plans are implemented and followed.
  • Manage client relations, government relations.
  • Assist PSC Superintendent with management of PSC crews and subcontractors.
  • Manage subcontractor scopes.
  • Detailed reporting along with development/ generation of detailed change order scopes
  • Must be able to work in a team atmosphere with Project Manager and Superintendent.
  • Responsible for zero budget overruns

Qualifications:

  • Construction Management Degree/Certification, or 10 years minimum proven experience.
  • OSHA 30 Training – minimum
  • Effective communicator; with Team, crews, clients, design professionals, government, subcontractors.
  • Critical thinking skills to ensure best, most efficient performance of work.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Work in a team atmosphere and fit into a culture of continual improvement.
  • Must be willing to participate in companies training and learning program for career skills
  • Other construction management or building licenses, schooling, achievements or classes would be a plus.
